Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic business. This flexible role offers both part-time and full-time options, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact a targeted list of businesses to schedule qualified sales appointments.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of internal sales executives.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and explain how services can add value to their business.
  • Maintain and improve the prospect database.
  • Research and identify new leads.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, making outbound calls.
  • Confident communicating with senior decision-makers (MDs, FDs, HR Directors, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone manner, and time management.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Located within commuting distance to Shirley, Solihull.
