Job Title: B2B Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong business relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and sales calls
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead generation, market research, and cold calling
  • Input and maintain accurate data on CRM for all customers
  • Assist in meeting sales targets, SLAs, and KPIs, and provide support in customer relationship management
  • Provide sales and sales demand reporting to management
  • Stay up-to-date with product information to best advise customers
  • Attend and contribute to meetings as required
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and queries
Requirements:
  • Proven internal sales experience of at least 3 years
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to sell technical products
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
