About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team at Vermelo RPO. As a key member of our Operational Resilience Team, you will play a critical role in developing and embedding the operational resilience operating model across our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Group level Operational Resilience Framework, standards, controls, and policies.
  • Responsible for promoting and maintaining Operational Resilience awareness and training documentation and requirements across the organisation.
  • Organise the production of Group regulatory artefacts, ensuring they are analysed, reviewed, and taken through appropriate governance in required timelines.
  • Support the definition and collation of management information on the status of Operational Resilience capabilities across the Group.
  • Lead on the management and oversight of the group-wide mass notification cascade tool.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Operational Resilience and industry standards (ISO27001, ISO22316, ISO22301, ISO31000, BS11200, ISO27001).
  • Experience in a similar function within the financial services industry.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
