We are collaborating with a prestigious global law firm seeking an exceptional individual to assume the role of Head of Conflicts. This is an outstanding opportunity to join their Risk & Compliance team, operating from their London office with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and successfully deliver a large-scale project to enhance the firm's internal conflicts processes and procedures. Draft waivers and consent language required for conflict resolution and update the firm's Terms of Business as necessary.

Policy Development and Training

Draft and update the firm's internal conflicts of interest policies and procedures. Provide training to partners and staff globally on conflicts of interest and confidentiality. Regularly report to the firm's management, Conflicts Committee, and partners on conflicts-related issues.

Team Leadership and Management

Build and lead a team of analysts to support the firm's conflict resolution and risk management efforts. Strong people management skills and experience in successfully leading a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrable strategic and leadership skills, strong problem-solving and holistic risk assessment abilities, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
