About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Royal London. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex change initiatives that span multiple lines of business and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver change initiatives that align with our business strategy, ensuring effective and efficient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience of working in projects covering changes to finance systems, with the ability to understand technical actuarial and financial jargon.Experience in release management and the ability to build plans around the six-monthly actuarial release plan.Highly competent in using planning tools and experienced in implementing and operating financial control frameworks.Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.About Royal London
