Job Responsibilities
  • Lead team members and direct all daily operations of the restaurant when managers are not present.
  • Ensure all food preparation is complete, manage staff breaks, and write daily reports.
  • Be available to work on weekdays and weekends.
  • Be fluent in English language.
  • Passionate about food and customer service.
  • Dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience.
  • Be a great team player and leader, ready to support team members.
  • Be hands-on and have problem-solving abilities.
  • Ensure the restaurant is up to company standards in terms of food hygiene and cleanliness.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Team Leader: starting at £10.84 per hour
  • Team Leader Full Time: starting at £26,000 per year, 45 hour per week
  • Supervisor Part Time: starting at £11.67 per hour
  • Supervisor Full Time: starting at £28,000 per year, 45 hour per week
