Senior Theatre Practitioner Opportunity

Spire Norwich Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to take on a Deputy Theatre Manager role. As a key member of the theatre team, you will support the Theatre Manager in leading the clinical team and contributing to the development of clinical services.

About the Role

  • Lead the team clinically through day-to-day tasks and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Complete clinical duties on a regular basis and deputise for the Theatre Manager when necessary.
  • Take on extra responsibilities based on your passion and interests.
  • Act as a role model to your team and offer support as needed.

Requirements

  • Registered nurse or ODP with a valid PIN and no restrictions on practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader capacity.
  • Strong theatre experience and ability to demonstrate experience across a wide range of specialities.
  • Flexibility to support the theatre team as required.
