Based at the Norwich Playhouse, the Assistant Head of Commercial will have line management responsibility for the Duty Bar Manager at the Playhouse and ensuring we deliver an excellent and inspiring customer experience. As this role includes deputising for the Head of Commercial at times, it provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their hospitality career from management into leadership. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring excellent customer experience
