Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Quest Technical Ltd in Lancashire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical fitting and a proven track record of working with a variety of machinery and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out mechanical fitting and assembly tasks to a high standard.
  • Work with a range of machinery and tools, including lathes, milling machines, and drill presses.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets.
  • Identify and report any equipment or tooling issues.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the workshop and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years experience in a mechanical fitting or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
