Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Commercial Marine Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience developed from this business and/or industry sector, with strong operational knowledge of highways maintenance. You will have a minimum of 4 years within Planning and key knowledge of traffic management requirements, National Highways roads pace booking, and optimizing working windows.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective planning strategies to optimize working windows and minimize disruptions to the network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and construction projects.
- Provide expert advice on traffic management requirements and National Highways roads pace booking.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to optimize road network performance.
We offer a great total compensation package, including:
- A salary between £36,000 and £40,000 (dependent on experience) PLUS Company Car/Car allowance
- Our Colas Pension Scheme has combined contributions of up to 10%
