Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer care.
  • Hold CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team of carers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth.
  • Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and policies are effectively implemented.
  • Support staff and carers with training and development, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to work towards achieving this.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance.
  • Experience working in the care sector at management level.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
