About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Workplace support role based in a corporate office environment for a global professional services firm. As a key member of a small team, you will have the chance to develop transferrable skills, upskill through formal and informal learning opportunities, and benefit from a peer-to-peer led learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the Facilities and Workplace sector, supervisory experience, and a background in a corporate or retail environment where attention to detail is paramount. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of soft services, focusing on workplace and housekeeping, and ensuring a responsive customer experience through highly engaged focused teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of soft services, focusing on workplace and housekeeping.
  • Manage all processes within the day-to-day operation, ensuring all service levels are maintained.
  • Consult closely with key clients, contacts, and key users of the service.
  • Effectively manage service streams and external vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality, value-adding services.
  • Responsibility for the effective delivery of mail room, records management, and stationery provision.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of all HSEQ and other policies and processes.
  • Support as required to conduct Health and Safety risk assessments.
  • Support the Client business continuity processes.
  • Ensure that service levels are being met in all work areas.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge and understanding of the health and safety relevant to the office, including Fire, First Aid, DSE, and Accident reporting. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with awareness of the impact of legislative, technological, or other changes on the firm. A general awareness of workplace services, mail, and document service operations is also essential. Good IT skills and the ability to use application-based software are required, as well as the ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
