About the Role

The Workplace Consultancy Limited is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Resilience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of our Operational Resilience program and providing ongoing oversight of this area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a global framework for operational resilience and assist in the implementation of compliance objectives.
  • Develop documents to support local jurisdictional operational resilience requirements.
  • Deliver specific ad-hoc analysis and tactical support in preparation for business and management meetings.
  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding The Workplace Consultancy Limited, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, with technical experience and knowledge related to operational resilience and/or similar regulatory deliverables.
  • Understands consumer financial services businesses and operating model.
  • Proven strategic thinking and analytic skills coupled with financial acumen.
  • Able to translate data and metrics from across different constituencies in order to create clear and concise executive presentation materials.
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.
  • Understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret.
