- Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, contributing to comprehensive assessments and reports.
- Provide intimate care and nappy changing support to students as needed.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in different educational settings.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are desirable but not essential.
