SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Havering. As a SEN 1:1 TA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, providing one-on-one sessions and creating a positive and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist with classroom management and maintain a clean and organized learning space.
  • Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with young children, especially in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
