Role OverviewAs a Decimo Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, meeting them on arrival and escorting them to their tables. You will be responsible for providing information, dealing with queries, and overseeing table plans. Your role will be to make our guests feel welcome and ensure they have an exceptional experience at Decimo.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet guests on arrival and escort them to their tables
- Provide information and answer queries to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Oversee table plans and manage guest lists
- Work effectively in a high-volume, high-energy environment
- Manage multiple tasks and guests with ease
- Prior experience as a Host or Restaurant Receptionist is essential
- Highly social, motivated, and proactive, with a professional and positive attitude
- Confident in restaurant and bar operations and service
- Available full-time with full flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday
- Prior experience using OpenTable and Squirrel EPOS is desirable
