Decimo, located on the 10th floor of The Standard, London, is a culinary destination that showcases live fire cooking and offers dramatic views across the London skyline.
Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Host to join our team at Decimo. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our restaurant and bar operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring efficient use of space and minimizing wait times.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent service standards and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Host or Restaurant Receptionist, ideally in a similar busy restaurant or lifestyle boutique hotel.
- Highly social, motivated, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Confident in restaurant and bar operations and service, with a strong understanding of food and drinks.
- Available full-time with full flexibility to work Tuesday – Saturday.
