£18,000+ (to be confirmed based on successful application and experience)

This modern independent institution serves children aged 7-18 with diverse needs, including Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, communication challenges, and associated behavioral issues.

With the initial cohort of students now settled, the team is looking to grow and enhance support for future learners.

Qualifications:
- CACHE/NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning in the Classroom or equivalent.
- Experience in a SEND environment or supporting SEN learners.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection protocols.
- A commitment to prioritizing the child and recognizing their individuality.
- A positive and innovative approach to addressing pupils' unique needs.
