Project Support Officer for Transformation Initiatives

Position Overview
This role is designed to provide essential support within the Transformation Directorate, focusing on the Starting Well portfolio. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating project management tasks and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be expected to:
- Assist transformation and delivery managers in various administrative functions.
- Manage daily project-related tasks, including planning and organizing workshops.
- Prioritize workloads effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to prepare documentation for senior management review.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful applicant should have:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the commissioning process and its various components.
- Experience in an administrative capacity, particularly with data management systems.
- Strong skills in meeting preparation and the ability to interpret complex data.
