About the Role

We are a construction technology start-up, Project Control Tools, with a team from rail, construction, and infrastructure backgrounds. Our mission is to provide simple-to-use solutions for projects and teams of all sizes.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building rapport with clients, managing their requirements, and creating further opportunities.

The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and have excellent knowledge of MS Office. Experience using CRM systems is essential, and previous industry experience in the rail or construction sector is desirable.

This is a hybrid role, which involves remote working, office days, and on-site visits with clients where required. Our offices are located in Doncaster and Durham, but we are open to flexible working arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing client accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and potential clients
  • Ensure seamless client transition from sales to customer success team
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly sales efforts
  • Complete system demos to clients both in person and remotely where required
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Prioritize, time manage, and organize tasks effectively
  • Attend exhibitions, safety stand-down days, and client days where required
  • Understand and work with our collaborative partners to help maximize benefits for our clients
