Role Overview
Position: Reservations Agent
Reporting To: Reservations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
As a Reservations Agent, your daily tasks will include:
- Processing reservations and managing new bookings
- Updating reservation details from online platforms
- Preparing for upcoming arrivals
- Responding to inquiries via email and phone
- Managing group rooming lists
Qualifications:
