Position: Reservations Agent
Reporting To: Reservations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Reservations Agent, your daily tasks will include:
  • Processing reservations and managing new bookings
  • Updating reservation details from online platforms
  • Preparing for upcoming arrivals
  • Responding to inquiries via email and phone
  • Managing group rooming lists
