Accountancy Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.
About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure excellent client relationships.
- Work closely with senior management to scope new service lines and identify business opportunities.
- Review and analyze client accounts, providing tax planning and advisory services.
- Mentor junior staff, providing constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Contribute to the firm's growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
