Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Benefits

In the role of Sales Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business prospects while strengthening existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Utilize your industry knowledge and insights to remain updated on market dynamics and competitor strategies, which will guide our sales approach.
  • Engage in both technical and commercial dialogues with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals that demonstrate high levels of accuracy in both technical and financial aspects.
  • Generate weekly reports on sales performance and platform metrics.
  • Provide valuable insights regarding customers, competitors, market trends, and sales opportunities during weekly sales meetings.
  • This position requires on-site presence, with potential travel across the UK and internationally to support our global clientele. Remote work is not an option due to the nature of the role, thus candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience in selling large-scale industrial equipment or machinery within a manufacturing, assembly, or production context.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with clients.
