About the Role

The Project Lead for Organisational Transformation plays a pivotal role within our continuous improvement team, taking full responsibility for comprehensive change initiatives that span across various departments and project teams.

This position involves steering projects aimed at enhancing the operational capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness of our Technology Operations. The Project Lead will oversee budget management, personnel oversight, and strategic decision-making, demonstrating leadership to navigate each phase of their projects in collaboration with diverse internal teams. This role requires a dual focus on adhering to change management best practices while meeting project timelines. The ideal candidate will excel in advocating for change, addressing challenges and resistance, managing risks and issues, and contributing to the promotion of our corporate culture and values.

The Project Lead will implement change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) to ensure robust engagement, successful deployment of changes, and the realization of sustainable benefits. The scope of projects may vary widely, from spearheading large-scale organizational transformations and process enhancements to executing complex material handling equipment upgrades across our international CFC network. As Ocado Group continues to innovate in the retail sector, our change project delivery team remains agile to meet evolving challenges.
