Business Administration Assistant

Ready2Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support the Operations Team. This is a permanent role, which is office based Monday to Friday.
The Role:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management, to ensure seamless office operations.
- Assist in maintaining organized office procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Handle sensitive data in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Assist in the coordination of office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
