About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Telematics team at Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and webchat, providing accurate and timely information about their insurance policies.
  • Make changes to customers' insurance policies as required, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with our team.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, working to achieve satisfaction and a one-call resolution.
  • Ensure that all customer records are updated accurately and efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or insurance environment.
