Position: Supply Chain Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the Supply Chain department.
- Engage with suppliers to finalize vendor registration paperwork and obtain necessary internal approvals.
- Input vendor information into Petrofac's ERP system and manage compliance evaluations.
- Prepare various Supply Chain documents for necessary approvals.
- Monitor vendor registration requests and facilitate prompt responses from relevant stakeholders.
- Assist purchasing teams in generating purchase orders under supervision.
- Support subcontracting teams with required activities as necessary.
- Propose process enhancement ideas to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to legal and commercial standards in all supply chain operations.
- Carry out supply chain responsibilities in accordance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide detailed assistance to the Supply Chain team.
- Deliver precise updates and reports to internal stakeholders to support administrative functions.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within Supply Chain workflows.
