Regional Account Manager | Luxury Watch Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team in the luxury watch sector. As a key figurehead and brand ambassador, you will play a crucial role in elevating our market share in the affordable luxury watch sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales performance across our network of independent retailers and national businesses
  • Optimise sales performance of existing retail network and develop distribution with new accounts in physical and digital retail channels
  • Work with business partners to develop and deliver business plans to achieve agreed business objectives
  • Maintain and strengthen brand image and create strong relationships with independent business owners, managers, and sales teams
  • Create business plans for each customer to deliver agreed sales and brand goals
  • Plan and prioritise systematic support with retail partners through regular review meetings
  • Optimise online presence of the brand with customers' websites and ensure they are up to date and regularly refreshed
  • Plan, agree, and implement marketing activities within agreed budgets to support sales and relationship performance
  • Agree and manage product range with each customer to ensure strongest possible representation and efficient stock management
  • Ensure new product launches are appropriately supported
  • Identify training needs of each retailer store and ensure plans are implemented to ensure high level of product knowledge
  • Design and implement sales events, promotions, and incentives within agreed budgets
  • Regularly report on sell-out performance and monitor and report on market and competitor activity
