About the Role:

Oliver Bernard is seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding and managing several key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the onboarding process of several schools, including coordinating data migration and training schedules.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and building strong customer connections.
  • Utilizing software as a service (SaaS) to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Providing expert project management and change management skills to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Interpreting data from CRMs and presenting insights to schools in a clear and concise manner.
  • Developing and implementing data migration processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Experience working with software as a service (SaaS) and CRMs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship building skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant tools.
  • EdTech experience is desirable.
