Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our client's care team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our client, enabling them to live independently in their own home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to our client, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Assist our client with accessing the community and participating in social activities, using their adapted vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with our client, using their preferred methods of communication, including facial expressions, 'Eye Gaze' communication device, and body language.
- Work collaboratively with our client's care team to ensure their needs are met and their care plan is implemented.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, including CQC standards training.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Full, UK driving licence.
- Complex care experience.
- Ability to commit to long-term care for one client in a 'person-centred' way.
- Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs.
- Reliability, non-judgmental attitude, caring nature, responsibility, and compassion.
- Commitment to confidentiality and treating the client with dignity and respect.
