Senior Credit Risk Model Implementation Specialist

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Model Implementation Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and execution of credit impairment models, as well as the development of analytics dashboards and MI reports.

  • Model Implementation and Maintenance
    • Support the implementation of credit impairment models to produce model output
    • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of models to ensure accuracy and reliability
Analytics and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor credit risk
  • Produce MI reports to support business decision-making
Collaboration and Communication
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including forecasting, portfolio management, and collections
  • Present results to governance forums and committees

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with IFRS9 and credit risk models
  • Proficiency in SAS and advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of current market dynamics and risk management regulation
  • Good understanding of forbearance activities and strategies
