About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults to live their lives with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to older adults in a residential setting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues
