Job Description
About the Role
As a Care Assistant with Guardian Homecare Limited, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
