About the Role

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for supporting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. Our care assistants are the backbone of our organization, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
• Assist with medication management and administration

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
