Engineering Facilities and Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Facilities and Infrastructure Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the Great Yarmouth asset base and information using our SAP-EAM system. You will provide key user support and ensure adherence to internal compliance and external legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Great Yarmouth asset base and information using our SAP-EAM system.
- Provide key user support and ensure adherence to internal compliance and external legislation.
- Plan and create robust preventative maintenance plans, ensuring schedules are in line with operational demands and business asset strategy.
- Support the development of the wider team and ensure the achievement of engineering KPIs.
- Ensure the highest standards in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality are at the forefront of all activities.
- Deliver strategic and local minor capital projects to quality, time, and budget, leading the core project team to ensure effective delivery.
- Manage permit to work systems and relationships with contractors/third parties via service level reviews.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Engineering role, ideally gained in a heavy engineering sector.
- Ability to manage a small team of skilled engineers.
- Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering effective asset management.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience building and managing relationships with contractors and third parties.
- Previous experience managing and delivering minor capital projects.
