Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead installation projects for material handling systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact professionally with customers and site contacts to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to project management to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Adhere to site-specific health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage on-site deliveries and inventory to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Verify received materials against documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Report discrepancies or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead installation teams with a hands-on approach to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Align project tasks with overall schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct or coordinate acceptance and reliability testing to ensure quality and performance.
  • Maintain installation quality and report issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in conveyor system installations with a strong understanding of industry-standard quality control practices.
  • Comfort working in public-facing environments with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and protocols.
  • Proficient in using computers for document management and data analysis.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Supervisor CSCS card and relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience working with conveyor systems and a strong understanding of their operation and maintenance.
