- Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard, adhering to design specifications and quality standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, with a focus on shop fitting or interior fitouts.
- Current certifications required: SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, IPAF, CSCS Black card.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on-site in various conditions, including exposure to heights, noise, and construction materials.
