Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Lorien, a leading company in the UK's building society sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects and lead the way in shaping our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and are scalable for future growth.
  • Collaborate with the architecture department to ensure their designs are aligned with our infrastructure strategy.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on infrastructure best practices, ensuring our team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lead/Principal Infrastructure Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies, including configuration and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, including EntraID and on-premise solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Azure IaaS services and some understanding of AWS is also beneficial.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
