About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team at Paladone. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing visual graphical assets to support the wider business commercial ambitions. You will apply your creativity and design skills to generate engaging assets that align with the brand's market presence, appeal to target demographics, and act as brand guardian.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing (info)graphics for print collateral, email marketing, social media, and website.
  • Conceive and create campaign design assets.
  • Be responsible for graphics and branding aspects of Paladone and WeCool websites.
  • Ensure design deliverables are met in time for launches, campaigns, and activations.
  • Own the relationship with printing and promo merch vendors.
  • Marketing and trend research for strategy and planning.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design within a marketing role/environment.
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Marketing design skills.
  • Understanding of marketing processes/activities (including psychological marketing).
  • Skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Illustration skills.
