About the Role

Crown Energy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join its expanding business development team within the energy and utility division of the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth across the energy and utility sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify prospective clients, understand their requirements, and develop tailored proposals to meet their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in conferences and industry events to establish connections with business partners and stay informed about emerging trends.
  • Market Research: Uncover new business prospects, including new markets, clients, partnerships, or products and services.
  • Sales Performance: Develop sales forecasts and actively work towards achieving quarterly targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a sound comprehension of the utility industry, its competitive landscape, and our suite of services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
  • Customer Management: Maintain precise customer records using our in-house CRM system.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in business development
  • 2 years of experience in the utilities sector
