About the Role

Hoot Credit Union Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Community Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with community partners, and promote our social values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans to increase revenue and membership growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and members to promote our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with our social values.
  • Represent Hoot Credit Union Ltd in the community, promoting our brand and values through various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in business development, community outreach, and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of credit union social values and the ability to promote them effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
