Position Overview:
As a Senior Civil Engineering Manager at Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Civil Engineering aspects of various projects. Reporting directly to the Directors, your expertise will guide the technical design process from initial concepts to final construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Management:** Lead the in-house management of Civil Engineering components across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
2. **Team Leadership:** Provide supervision and mentorship to the Civil Engineering team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
3. **Drainage Strategy Development:** Formulate comprehensive Surface Water and Foul Water Drainage Strategies tailored to the specific design stage of each project.
4. **Hydraulic Modeling:** Construct Hydraulic Models for Surface Water utilizing advanced software tools.
5. **Network Analysis:** Conduct thorough analyses of Foul Water Networks, focusing on Domestic Units.
6. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure drainage designs comply with the latest standards, including Design and Construction Guidance, Building Regulations, and relevant industry guidelines.
7. **Documentation Preparation:** Prepare necessary agreements in accordance with the Water Industries Act, including Section 104, Section 106, and Section 185.
8. **Technical Drawings:** Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and develop 3D surfaces and cut and fill designs in PDS.
9. **Software Proficiency:** Utilize Civils 3D for project execution and design.

Qualifications:
- MEng/MSc/BEng/BSc Hons in Civil or Civil and Structural Engineering.
- Demonstrated postgraduate experience in design consultancy, particularly within commercial and industrial sectors.
