As a Team Leader, you will supervise and inspire a group of support workers, guaranteeing that the highest standards of care and assistance are provided to our service users.
Throughout your role, you will champion independence, choice, and inclusion.It will be your responsibility to manage your assigned service shifts effectively, ensuring that activities, medication management, and other daily tasks, including community engagement, are organized and executed proficiently.
You will also play a crucial role in maintaining our compliance standards.
While this position is primarily field-based across various services, flexibility in your working hours is essential, encompassing days, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with supervisory experience seeking a new challenge.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Rota Management skills
- Ability to assist individuals with emotional, social, and physical needs.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating teams
- Conducting formal supervisions and managing staff performance
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams to achieve positive outcomes.
- Diligent, enthusiastic, and passionate.
