- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Proven experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
