Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a competitive compensation strategy in line with company goals, ensuring alignment with market trends and best practices.
  • Manage the annual pay review cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Refine pay frameworks to support talent attraction and retention, taking into account industry benchmarks and internal equity considerations.
  • Oversee executive remuneration programs, ensuring alignment with company performance and market standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters to HR and leadership teams, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on companywide initiatives, integrating compensation and benefits strategies into broader organizational goals.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Global Compensation & Benefits, demonstrating a deep understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for senior leaders.
