HR Operations Manager

You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring compliance with GDPR, security clearance standards, and legal requirements, while also playing a pivotal role in HR transformation activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing all employee-related data and providing a dynamic HR back-office function
- Producing insightful monthly and ad-hoc reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Leading recruitment activities and managing the Applicant Tracking System with flair
- Taking charge of monthly payroll submissions and managing exciting employee benefits
- Innovating HR process improvements and spearheading annual audits
- Advising the business on all things HR and managing diverse HR-related projects
- Overseeing the annual salary review process and maintaining accurate HR records
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and an experienced HR Generalist with a solid grasp of UK employment law.
They should have a knack for leading change initiatives and possess outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management.
A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to manage complex projects is essential, along with maintaining confidentiality.
