About the Role:
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of all employee processes, from recruitment and onboarding to exits. This will involve managing all employee-related data, providing a dynamic HR back-office function, and producing insightful reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data and provide HR support to the business
- Lead recruitment activities and manage the Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure new employees experience a seamless onboarding process and meet security clearance requirements
- Manage monthly payroll submissions and employee benefits
- Innovate HR process improvements and spearhead annual audits
- Advise the business on HR-related matters and manage diverse projects
- Oversee the annual salary review process and maintain accurate HR records
About the Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a CIPD-qualified HR Generalist with a solid grasp of UK employment law. They should have a knack for leading change initiatives and possess outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management.
