About the Role:

The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of all employee processes, from recruitment and onboarding to exits. This will involve managing all employee-related data, providing a dynamic HR back-office function, and producing insightful reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
