Job Title: IT Configuration Operative Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Configuration Operative for an afternoon shift. This is a full-time, long-term agency contract role with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unbox and configure computer hardware, including upgrades and software installations.
  • Perform manual, active tasks such as swapping out components and setting up networking.
  • Work in a busy warehouse environment, Monday to Friday, with a guaranteed 40 hours of paid work per week.

Requirements:

  • Recent paid experience working with computer hardware or software.
  • Confidence in a manual, active role.
  • Local to Rugby or willing to commute.

Benefits:

  • £12.55 per hour starting salary.
  • 40 hours paid work per week, with 5 shifts guaranteed.
  • Overtime paid at an enhanced rate after 12 weeks.
