About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Nurse to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in delivering holistic, family-centered care to children with disabilities within a school setting. Your expertise and compassion will make a tangible difference in the lives of these young individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to children with diverse needs, including administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to the child's well-being.
  • Educate students, staff, and families on health topics relevant to children with disabilities.
  • Advocate for the needs of children with disabilities, ensuring they receive the support and resources they require to thrive.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, coupled with a genuine passion for working with children. You should have:

  • A recognized nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse).
  • Experience in providing care to children with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
