Role Summary
In this position, you will be tasked with the comprehensive investigation of claims, determining eligibility for payments, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely disbursements to the insured parties. Upon receipt of an insurance claim, your responsibilities will include validating the authenticity of the claim, assessing coverage, and evaluating the degree of damage or loss.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute loss adjusting functions for all claims, which includes liaising with various stakeholders, drafting comprehensive reports, reviewing insurance policies, and managing payment procedures.
- Enhance Charles Taylor Adjusting's marketing initiatives by building client relationships, engaging in client acquisition efforts, and participating in promotional endeavors.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in loss adjusting
- Exceptional communication abilities (both verbal and written)
- Capacity to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
